IMC was founded in 1989. The company started as a market maker on the
Amsterdam Options Exchange.  Over the past 15 years it has grown into
one of the leading derivatives trading houses in Europe, with offices in
Amsterdam, Zug, Hong Kong, Sydney, Chicago and Munich.  Today, IMC has
over 500 employees globally.

IMC Chicago is a proprietary trading firm active on numerous exchanges
in North American markets as a wholly owned subsidiary of IMC of
Amsterdam.  The company was opened in 2000 and is located at the Sears
Tower in downtown Chicago.  IMC Chicago employs over 60 people and is
growing rapidly.  Technology is at the core if IMC's business.  In
addition to electronic trading, the company also develops proprietary
trading software in-house.  IMC's culture can be described as
